Don't like Bios.  Don't like writing them even more.  Until we come up with something that doesn't make us want to puke we're going to use this conversation that took place in May of 2002.

TheNerve0401:    Hey, what's up?
Bogdan128:  Dude that was an awesome show you guys put out.  I went home singing "60 seconds masturbation".
do you guys have a website or anything
TheNerve0401: Yup, it's www.thenerve.org. That song's called "Ass Plastic",  it's not on CD yet. It'll be on our next one.
Bogdan128:  I would've bought one last night man but i had no money on me...I love happy music man and you guys are delivering to the fullest. have you been doing this for a long while?
TheNerve0401:  A few years now. It's tough developing a following in NY. 
Bogdan128: Yeah man, i'll tell my friends about you guys cause you're worth listening to...I've seen a lot of bands at the Continental and most were shit! You were better than my friends' band (shh don't tell them! lol)
TheNerve0401:  ha! Thanks man
Bogdan128:  you remind me of Flea from the chillipeppers...
TheNerve0401:  other people have said that.
Bogdan128:  so how would you define your music? Punk?
TheNerve0401:  um... Punk meets classic rock
Bogdan128:  yeah :) that's just right! Whats ur fav band?
TheNerve0401:  The Who. No question.
Bogdan128:  Mine is Pink Floyd... hehehe you did go a little nuts like Townsend last night :)  I loved it !
TheNerve0401:  Floyd is one of my favorites too.
Bogdan128:  That's awesome man!  Sorry dude i must be a pain in the ass asking all these questions..it's just that i am a curious type of person
TheNerve0401:  no problem. I'm not doing anything.
Bogdan128: It seemed as if you were having a great time up on stage. Man your music is 100000X better than the shit they play on the radio...why can't bands like you be famous? One other thing i loved about your music was the fact that it had meaning, it wasn't just words...they were words that made you think....like that future song
TheNerve0401:  Thanks. I've been writing more meaningful stuff lately. Yet I still keep it fun and not too serious. 
Bogdan128:  Yeah i know what you mean, you don't want to get into the whole "depression writing" that seems to have conquered the radio in the past 2 years.
TheNerve0401:  never. I'm too much of an optimist. There's too much anger and hatred in music these days. And it doesn't even seem like real anger. It just seems like a toothless, prepackaged image of anger. Joe the bass player likes to say we're angry in a happy sort of twisted way. We have hope and a mostly positive message.
Bogdan128: You're absolutely right man. Joe's a funny guy. The music industry needs hope and some positive attitude because it is too dark and negative nowadays...
TheNerve0401:  exactly.
Bogdan128:  what a hell happened to the true rock'n roll...now it's all about rap/rock and "fuck this fuck that...kill that and shoot this" who the hell needs that in this society where pressure and negativity are routine things...people need something to make them forget and have fun, live...be free!
TheNerve0401:  I agree so much. So I put it into the music.
Bogdan128:  Do you write all the songs?
TheNerve0401:  It's a mix. I wrote most of the songs on the first CD, Joe wrote half the songs on the second CD, and I wrote all 4 tunes on the new one. But once I show a song to the band it becomes everyone's tune anyway, cuz they come up with such cool drum and bass parts.
Bogdan128: That's great man, so you share the songwriting responsabilities. Dude the whistle thingy was a killer :)  So original...is it on the cd too?
TheNerve0401: ha! no, I just recently started playing the whistle!
Bogdan128:  It was great dude!
